The Alabama-Quassarte Tribal Town stands firm in its commitment to protecting Tribal Sovereignty, Tribal Gaming Rights, and the economic integrity of Tribal Nations.
Chief Samuel Marshall Jr. has issued an official statement addressing misinformation regarding alleged partnerships with prediction market gaming platforms, including Kalshi.
Let us be clear: Tribal sovereignty is not negotiable, and the laws and agreements protecting Tribal gaming must be respected.
We remain committed to defending the rights of Tribal Nations and protecting the vital revenue streams that support our people, programs, and communities.
Sovereignty is not just a principle. It is our responsibility to protect it.
Please read the official statement for clarification.

Representation Matters
Second Chief Lena Wind and Chief Sam Marshall are representing AQTT at the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI), joining Tribal leaders from across Indian Country.
NCAI provides an important platform for strengthening government-to-government relationships, protecting Tribal sovereignty, and ensuring Native voices remain part of the conversations shaping our future.
Our sovereignty is our strength. Our people are our purpose. Our future is worth protecting.
From our homelands to the national stage, representation matters.
